Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- More than 15 days prior to check in: 10% of total rates
- From 15 to 3 days prior to check in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 72 hours prior to check in: 100% of total rates
- No show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Child Policy
- Only one (01) child under 4 years of age sharing room with two (02) adults is allowed for F.O.C per cabin.
- From 5- 10 years old, 50% of charged will be applied.
- Children above 10 years old is considered as adult.

Amira Priviate Cruise
Day 1: Hanoi – Halong – Bai Tu Long Bay – Thien Canh Son – Cong Do
07:30 - 08:00 Pick up at hotel in the area of Hanoi Old Quarter and drive to Ha Long city. Along the way, stop in Hai Duong Province for refreshment (book transfer in next step).
12:00 - 12:15 Arrive in Hon Gai Harbor, enjoy some drinks at coffee lounge before check in the boat. Enjoy welcome drinks on dinning room, follows by cruise manager safety briefing.
Set menu lunch is served at the restaurant. Enjoy lunch while cruising through Halong Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay.
Afternoon, visit and explore the formation of stalactites and stalagmites in Thien Canh Son cave. Afterward, free time for sunbathing, swimming, relaxing ...
Back on boat, enjoy some tea before taking part in water activities: swimming, kayaking
Participate in cooking class - making spring rolls and pruning fruits and flowers while the boat go to Cong Do area for overnight or enjoy Happy Hour with "buy two get third one free" from 19:00 to 20:00
19:00 Barbecue dinner is served in the restaurant
21:00 relaxing time with squid - fishing, playing games or discovering the history, geography, custom of Halong bay by watching video at the restaurant

- Thien Canh Son Cave
Day 2: Bai Tu Long Bay – Vung Ha Beach – Vung Vieng – Cong Do
Wake up early to join tai-chi class on the sundeck. Breakfast is served from 07:00. The boat continue to cruise through the hundreds of amazing rocks toward Vung Ha.
Drop anchor in the area of Vung Ha Beach. Stay on the beach for relaxing, sunbathing and swimming.
After lunch on board, visit Vung Vieng Village, a quiet and peaceful floating fishing village in Bai Tu Long Bay. Hare, you have chance for seating on bamboo boat or another option:
+ To have the hire of fishing boat (about 1 hour and a haft) to catch shellfish, squids, fish… with the local fisherman.
+ Learn how to use fishing net.
+ Free time to take pictures and enjoy peaceful atmosphere.
+ Sightseeing and explore outside the bay is following under the sail. (You will need to pay for this service about 100 USD).
Back to the boat and start cruising to Cong Do area for overnight. Enjoy "Pruning fruits and flowers class" while the boat go to Cong Do area for overnight or Happy Hour with "buy two get third one free" from 19:00 to 20:00

21:00 relaxing time with squid - fishing, playing games, watching films or art performances (water puppet show, Tuong/Cheo/Cai Luong performances, shadow dance,...) on TV

Day 3: Cong Do – Be Ong Dau – Hon Gai – Hanoi
Start your new day with Tai-chi class on the sundeck. Breakfast is served from 07:00.
After breakfast, explore Cong Do and Be Ong Dau areas. Or just stay on boat for relaxing, taking photographs…
Check out cabin at around 09:00.
10:45 Brunch is served in dining room while cruising back to the mainland.
12:00 Arrive at the harbor, disembark and say goodbye to the crew. Return from Ha Long to Hanoi.
16:00 - 17:00 Arrive in Hanoi. Drop off at hotel. End of trip.
