Booking Cruise Policy
- Check in on board: 12:00-12:30pm
- Check out: 10:45am
- Return Hanoi: 4:30pm
- Each person is allowed up to two pieces of personal luggage on board, with each piece weighing a maximum of 30 kilograms
- Children below the age of 5 years old are free of charge (limited to one child per cabin).
- Children from 5 to 11 years old are charged 75%, sharing room with parents.
- Peak season surcharge: Surcharge $15/person for Gala dinner applies if guests stay on board on December 24th and/or December 31st.
- Shuttle bus: $15/ adult and $10/ child round trip. Pick up point: at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in front of Hanoi Opera House
Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 7 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates
- From 6 to 3 days prior to check in: 50% of total rates.
- Less than 3 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5-7 business days.
Child Policy
-Child from 0 - 4 Years old is free of charge. Sharing the same bed with parents.
-Child from 5 - 11 years old = 75% Adult`s cost. Private Bed (extra Bed) within the same cabin as parents.
-Child from 12 - up = 100% Adult`s cost. Private Bed (extra Bed) within the same cabin as parents.
Full Itinerary
Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Bay
Morning
Our tour guide picks you up at your hotel in Hanoi at 8:00AM. Enjoy a scenic drive to Halong Bay with lush green paddy fields and romantic rivers. Embark on V’Spirit Classic Cruise by noon for a short cruise briefing and check-in.
Afternoon
Savour a delectable lunch as V’Spirit Classic cruises amongst the limestone islands. In the afternoon, explore Surprise Cave and contemplate the pristine beauty of thousands years old stalactites.
Get back to main boat as we delve deeper into the myriad of caves and grottos. Stop at Titop Beach and enjoy swimming or hiking (weather permits).
In late afternoon, you can join us in our sunset party on sundeck or cooking demonstration in the dining room. For the rest of the night, socialize with other guests, fish for squid, or just laze around. Overnight on board.
Day 2: Day 2: Halong Bay - Lan Ha Bay
Morning
Get up early to catch the sunrise over the Bay and take part in exciting Tai Chi class on the sundeck. After breakfast, transfer to day boat for a cruise to untouched parts of Ha Long in Lan Ha Bay. Explore Cua Van fishing village, one of the oldest ones of its kind in the Bay.
Afternoon
Return to the day boat. Enjoy a barbecue lunch on board. Explore Lan Ha Bay and visit a floating pearl farm and learn the technique of producing high quality pearls. Cruise back to the main boat and enjoy dinner at 19:00 and entertain the night with squid fishing or just laze around.
Day 3: Day 3: Halong Bay - Hanoi
Morning
Another morning Tai Chi class on the sundeck and a light break and watch the sunrise after that. Visit Luon Cave and later return to the ship and check out of your cabin while the farewell party is ready at the dining room. Passing famous sites like Ba Hang Fishing Village, Dog Islet on the way back to Ha Long Harbour.
Day 1: Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Bay
Morning:
Shuttle bus picks you up from your hotel at 8:00am. Enjoy a scenic drive to Halong Bay with lush green paddy fields and romantic rivers. Embark on V’Spirit Classic Cruise by noon for a short cruise briefing and check-in.
Afternoon:
Savour a delectable lunch as V’Spirit Classic cruises amongst the limestone islands. In the afternoon, we will stop at Surprise Cave, the most impressive cave in Halong Bay. Climb up the stairs and be thrilled by what Mother Nature has crafted here. Later return to main boat and continue cruising further into the Bay to Titop Island.
Have a shower to relax then you can join us in our cooking class in the dining room or sunset party on sundeck. For the rest of the night, socialize with other guests, fish for squid, or just laze around. Overnight on board.
Day 2: Halong Bay- Hanoi
Morning:
Start your day with morning Tai Chi exercises a photo hunt on the sundeck. Have a light breakfast with coffee and tea and cake then head toward the Luon Cave. Come back to the ship and check out of your cabin while the farewell party is ready at the dining room. Passing famous sites like Ba Hang Fishing Village, Dog Islet on the way back to Ha Long Harbour.

- The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions.
