Cancellation / Prepayment
- The hotel reserves the right to impose the following cancellation / no show charge :
- 4 days to 3 days prior to arrival - One night’s stay charge.
- 3 days or less prior to arrival - Full length of stay charge.
- All cancellations must be received by Gondola hotel, in writing, via telex, telephone or fax message. If verbally cancelled, a cancellation number must be noted. This shall not be contingent on the hotel’s occupancy for the night on which the cancellation occurred.
