When you receive an email stating: Your booking has been confirmed.

To make sure that your booking has been confirmed, we will send you an invoice with an itinerary. Please check itinerary to avoid any inconvenience.

In order to book any tour, choose your preferred tour and click on “Book This Tour” "Book this Service".

As our policy, a deposit ranging from 20-40% or full payment is required depending on the time the booking is confirmed ahead of your departure.

For any cases, the balance of the tour package must be fully paid ahead of your departure.

Some can speak basic English and some cannot speak English.

For drivers can speak Basic English communication: They have vast experience in dealing with foreigners, they can explain little things and help you during your trip. But they are not tour guides so they have limitation.

This is a private service, so only your group will be in this trip.

You can invite your friends but maximum of 3 people in 4 seat car, 5 people in 7 seat car and 12 people in 16 seat car.

We guarantee to provide you with the safest and the most comfortable means of transportation and professional driver.

• 4-seater: Hyundai Accent, Toyota Vios
• 7-seater: Toyota Innova, Toyota Fortuner
• 16-seater: Ford Transit, Mercedes Benz Sprinter

Depending on the availability, car will be assigned to your booking.

Under the booking page, all information related to your tour package/cruise/transfer serivce is provided, all inclusions and exclusions are mentioned at our booking confirmation sent to you.

Tipping is not compulsory. If you are satisfied with service of our guides, drivers.., a small gesture is an appropriate way to show your appreciation to them.
