- After you take luggages and go to the lobby at Noi Bai International Airport, you will see your name on our staffs’ hand sign board. Our drivers will wait for their passengers at the “Arrivals” area, where other drivers are also waiting with name boards. If you arrive at Noi bai Airport and do not see your name on a board, you or our driver, may be waiting in the wrong lobby. There are two Arrival lobbies, A and B, and if you cannot find the driver please go to the “Information Desk ” and ring us on : (+84) 962.1234.86.
- Should you tip your driver? It is up to you whether you want to tip the driver or not. If you are happy with the service he gave you can, however, there is no obligation.

Service Information 
All you have to do is to fill out your information on inquiry form next step and secure the service by paying the payment. After we confirm your booking, our driver will pick you up at Hanoi airport on time with your name on the welcome board. Then he will drive you to your hotel/stay in Hanoi Old Quarter.
Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi is the largest airport in the north of Vietnam. From Hanoi airport to the Old Quarter is about 30 km, and it takes about 45 minutes to transfer by private car.
We have three kinds of vehicle for Hanoi airport transfer services:
- 4 seats car for maximum of 3 people
- 7 seats car for maximum of 5 people
- 16 seats car for maximum of 11 people
Depending on the size of your group and your luggage, we will choose the most suitable car for you.
- If your flight is changed or delayed, please drop us an sms or send us an email before your departure, so we can re-arrange our driver to pick you up at the airport on time.

- We will not be responsible for any additional cost if you decided to arrange your own taxi by yourself without informing us in advance.
- Our prices include the driver’s wait time at the airport.
