Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- More than 15 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates
- From 14 to 2 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 48 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
- No-Show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Child Policy
- FREE of charge for child under 5 year old sharing bed & meal with parents. Surcharge for extra bed:
- VND 550,000 in 2 days/1 night.
- VND 770,000 in 3 days/2 night
- Child from 5 - 11 year old: sharing cabin with parents: 75% adults rate. Only 01 child under 12 years old is allowed to share cabin with parents with surcharged for child rate.
- Child from 12 year old count as adults.

12.00 Arrive at Tuan Chau Island
12.15 Transfer to cruise ship
12.30 Welcome Drink – cruise briefing, safety instructions, check-in cabins. Cruise and program commence.
13.00 - 14.30 Serve Special Paradise Lunch at Le Marin Restaurant on board while cruising the islands and islets of
stunning Halong Bay. You can opt for an afternoon of pampering at Le Parfum Spa (additional charges)
14:45 – 15:45 Exploring Sung Sot Cave by rowing bamboo boats with local people or kayaking by yourself.
15.45 – 16:45 The Vessels will continuous cruising in Tung Sau Pearl Farm an area in Halong Bay dedicated to growing pearls and practicing a handmade technique based on Vietnamese tradition and Japanese technology
17.00 – 19.00 Docking at Coconut Three Island for overnight stay. Enjoy spa at your leisure on board
18.00 – 18.30Enjoy cooking demonstration with Chef to discover the Vietnamese cuisine of traditional spring rolls on the L'Odyssée Sundeck. Learn how to toast Vietnamese way through the evening’s toast of the local rice wine.
18.30 – 19.00 Pre-dinner cocktail at Le Piano Bar serving assorted nuts and canapé.

Day 2: Halong Bay discovery

08.30 Transfer to Paradise Explorer
10.30 Exploring Titop Island and enjoy kayaking, swimming or hike to the top for another stunning panoramic view of the Bay. Cruise to Trong Cave
12.30 Return to Paradise Explorer and Continue cruising to the Cua Van Floating Village. Vietnamese lunch served on-board.
14.00 Arrive at Cua Van Fishing Village, enjoy time around the village with traditional bamboo boat rowed by the local people.
15.30 - 16.00 Return to Paradise Explorer heading back to Main boat. Relax and Enjoy Spa services on board while cruising or sightseeing.
