Lavender cruise as the oriental style design offer the comfort space for experience the scenic Halong Bay. The cabins are built by wooden with a private bathroom for a comfortable accommodation, also has a large windows for views scenic picturesque Halong Bay. All facilities are as international standard. All the design features, itinerary and activities on board are customer focused and oriented. The restaurant on board serves traditional Vietnamese dishes. Choose from the set menu, which consists of local seafood, beef, chicken and spices. Moreover, you can hold meetings & conferences, wedding ceremonies or themed parties, the cruise is available to give you an enjoyable time with interesting and surprising parties.

Booking Policy & Child Policy
Booking Cruise Policy
- Check in on board: 12:00 PM
- Check out: 10:30 AM
- Return Hanoi: 3:30 PM
- The FOC rate for children under 5 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 5 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 5-11 will pay extra charge 75% of adult rate. Children 12 and above must pay full fare as adult.
- An extra charge of USD 25.00 per extra bed if required to set up in the cabin for 02 days/1night program or USD 35.00 per extra bed for 03 days/2 nights program (already included in children rate). An extra charge of USD 10.00 per baby cot for 02 days/1 night program or USD 15.00 per baby cot for 03 days/ 2nights program if require. This extra service is subject to Paradise Cruises availability.
- The child rate for children from 5 to 12 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. In case the child occupies the sole cabin, the rate for adult is applied
- Peak season surcharge: Surcharge of $50 per person per night applies for travel period from 20 December 2016 to 5 January 2017.
- Shuttle bus: $35/ adult and $30/ child round trip. Pick up point: at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in front of Hanoi Opera House
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- More than 8 days prior to check-in: FREE of charge
- From 8 to 3 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 72 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
- No-Show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Child Policy
- Free of charge for maximum 01 child less than 05 years old, sharing parents' room and utilizing existing bedding or baby cot are upon request.
- 75% charge of adult price from 5 to 10 years old sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults on mattress, limiting to one child per booking only.
- Children from 11 years old and more will be considered adults.

Day 1: hanoi - halong bay
7.45-8.15: Pick-up at the hotel and take you to Halong Bay by modern transfer
10.00: Having short break at stopover on half way.
12.00 – 12.30: Arrive at Tuan Chau marina harbor. Embark on Lavender Cruise followed by a short cruise briefing and enjoy welcome-drink. Check in the cabin.
13.15: Enjoy lunch with sampling regional fresh seafood while cruising on exquisite water, passing Incense Burner island, Fighting Cock islet, Stone Dog… Lavender Cruise will bring you to explore Ha Long Bay on the most wonderful route where just a few cruises go through.
15.00-16.30: Do kayaking through the magnificent landscape with Limestone Mountains
& swimming or just relaxing on the sun-deck for fantastic views at Hoa Cuong floating fishing village

08:00: Visit the Surprising Cave (Hang Sung Sot) discovered by the French in 1901. Opened for tourists since 1936, now it is a must-to-see and a symbol for geology value of Halong.
09:30: Check out time. Then relax on the sun-deck or inside the restaurant to enjoy the bay’s scenery.
10:15: Enjoying a traditional Vietnamese lunch while cruising back to the pier.
12:00: Check out cruise. Our car will be at your disposal to pick you up then drive back to Hanoi.

06:30 Early morning sunrise can enjoy morning Tai chi exercise on sundeck.

09:30 Arrive in Viet Hai Harbor in Cat Ba island, Enjoy 5 km cycling ride through wonderful jungle to Viet Hai village.
12:00 Back the daily cruise and have lunch. In the afternoon activities to explore Lan Ha Bay.
14:00 Enjoy kayak to explore the Dark Cave and Bright Cave.
16:30 Daily cruise take you back the Lavender Cruise for overnight.
19:00 Dinner served.

06:30: Early morning sun rise can enjoy morning tai chi exercise on sundeck.
07:00: Morning view of Halong bay landscape with a cup of tea or coffee and breakfast.
08:00: Begin to cruise to some of Halong Bay’s most secluded and untouched area.

9-9.30: Transfer to Cat Ba boat to go to Cat Ba island.
10.30: The boat cruise to Lan Ha Bay then parking near by Cat Ba national park. Get off the boat to enjoy biking to see the National park and Viet Hai village.
12.00: Come back to the boat for lunch.
13.30: Cruise to Monkey island. Relax on the beach or doing kayaking.
15.30: Checkin the hotel in Cat Ba island( Hung Long, Sunrise or Bungalow in Monkey Resort). Free and easy.
Have dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 3: halong bay - hanoi
After breakfast, the bus and tour guide pick you up at hotel to the daily cruise to Lavender Cruises.
10:15: Enjoying a traditional Vietnamese lunch while cruising back to the pier.
12:00: Check out cruise. Our car will be at your disposal to pick you up then drive back to Hanoi.
